Description

efd properties: sharp fine-grained (mostly) ecologically economic Devided concentrate: Partl A (500ml) concentrated developer, part B (250ml) alkali. Mix 2+1+100 s Recommended temperature 20°C/68°F.

Storage temperature: 15-25°C

The developer is supplied as a two-part concentrate. Part A is the developer concentrate, part B is the activator. For most films, the developer solution is prepared in a ratio of 2+1+50 with (demineralised) water. For deviations, please refer to the data sheet. The working solution can be kept for a few days, but I recommend to prepare only as much solution as can be used immediately. For exact dosing of small quantities, dosing pipettes are enclosed. The pipette adapter is pressed into the neck of the bottle, and with the pipette in place, the bottle is turned and the required amount is drawn off. To avoid contamination of the solutions by mixing up the pipettes, they can remain attached. This type of closure is as tight as a lid. To withdraw larger quantities when measuring in a bore, only the pipettes are removed, the adapters should remain on.
The recommended developer temperature is 20°C. The development times are then long enough to carry out shortened N-developments under reproducible conditions. However, to avoid calculations in case of deviating temperatures, times for temperatures between 19°C and 22°C are also given in the data sheet.
The information on film speed and development times cannot replace individual calibration, but is sufficiently accurate for initial trials as a starting recommendation. For N- and N+ development, the known laws apply (approx. -20% and +20-25%). For N+1, however, instead of extending the development time, the N-time can be maintained by increasing the developer temperature by approx. 2°C. Films that do not appear in the data sheet have either not been tested, or have been assessed as unsuitable for this developer after testing, or the deviation between individual batches is not tolerable. Packaging: 1x250ml and 1x 500ml with dosing pipettes and bottle adapter. With the dilution 2+1+50 50 35mm or roll films (2 films in 500ml) can be developed, the price is then 44 cent per film.
